This morning, I took Louise to a special place for Mother's Day that made waffles in the authentic Belgian style. We were lucky to get in as we found out there were 60 reservations in front of us.
They seated us immediately and it appears they were ready for the rush … service and food was excellent.
We're hanging in Las Cruces for another day, then headed for Texas.
